November 12, 2008 TORRANCE, Calif. - LCT (Limousine & Chauffeured Transportation Magazine) has named 12 operators as finalists for the chauffeured transportation industry's most prestigious business awards. Three finalists in each category will be scored by judges to see who will win the coveted 2009 LCT Operator of the Year Awards.
